How do I upgrade to the new generation of the Scanner Appliance?

To upgrade your Scanner Appliance to the newest generation released with revision 49, you will need to reinstall your existing Scanner Appliances or install a new one with the latest image.

Due to the major update, it is not available as an update to the existing Scanner Appliance of the previous generation. After this procedure, updates for your Scanner Appliance will be updated automatically as soon as a new version is available.

The latest image can be found within your Security Center under Scanner Appliance section.
