How do tags work?

Tags are used to group email recipients. When doing an assessment, you can target specific recipients connected to a tag. A common use case is to apply tags depending on the recipient's physical location and/or department. This helps to digest results and to compare the results of different entities. 

Under Recipients, you can easily apply a tag to one or more email addresses using the Action function.
