The Overview section is the main landing page. It provides a list of all associated customer accounts along with key metrics such as active subscriptions, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and subscription details. This is the primary dashboard that appears after login.
ARR & subscription summary
At the top of the Overview screen, we present four key performance indicators (KPIs). These provide a quick snapshot of the financial and account status across all of your associated customers.
Annual recurring revenue (ARR)
This represents the total ARR for all active subscriptions across all customers as of the current date shown below the ARR. This helps you understand the current financial value of your portfolio.
ARR renewal (next 3 months)
Shows the combined ARR of customers whose subscriptions are due to renew within the next 3 months. When hovering above “ARR Renewal,” a tooltip shows a detailed list of which of your customer will renew in the next 3 months from your current date.
Number of associated companies
Displays the total number of customer companies that are currently linked to your partner account.
Number of active subscriptions
Indicates the active subscription count from all of your associated companies.
Subscription table
Below the KPIs, you'll find a comprehensive table listing each customer and detailed information about their subscriptions. Each row corresponds to one customer, showing information such as product usage, license status, billing cycle, and more.
We describe each of the columns below.
Tag column
The “Tag” column allows you to assign or modify labels for your customers. Tags help you group, filter, or highlight specific customers.
To add a new tag, click “set tag” and start typing a tag name. Matching entries will appear. |
|
If no match exists, you can select the tag you have searched as your new tag simply by clicking it, shown here as “YOU.” |
|
After selecting the tag value, a blue triangle will appear on the tag you selected, indicating an unsaved change. |
|
Click the Save icon in the top right to save your chosen tag. |
|
Tags can be reused for other customers and appear in the dropdown when you start typing a new value.
|
|
To remove a tag, open the dropdown and select the empty (blank) option, then save again.
|

License usage
Shows the current utilization of products by customer. These values will always be displayed regardless of commercial status, such as during a trial, so that utilization can always be monitored per customer.
If the customer has an active subscription, the usage is displayed as both a utilization value as well as a percentage of the utilization of license purchased.
For Phishing Simulation & Awareness Training, a date is added in the format MM/DD/YY, which is the date of the last campaign sent. You will see “Over Usage” if the customer is utilizing more than current license purchased.
Subscription status
Indicates whether the customer currently has an active subscription. If active, additional contract details are displayed, as explained in the following sections.
Order ID
Each subscription is linked to an order ID. If the customer has multiple orders, they are listed one above the other in the same field.
Annual Contract Value (ACV) & currency

Term
Initial contract duration in months.
Renewal term

You can filter on any column, including Tag, Status, and Organizer name, using rules such as:
You can add multiple conditions by clicking the “+ Add” button and remove filters using “Clear filters.”
Download
Clicking the “Download” button will export the current view of the subscription table to an Excel file (.xlsx). This is useful for offline reporting, sharing, and data analysis.
Refresh
The “Refresh” button reloads the subscription table data. Use this if:
- Newly created tags aren’t yet visible.
- The data appears out of sync or incomplete.
Selecting a customer
You can view customer-specific data by clicking on any row in the subscription table. You can see that the row has been selected by the lighter blue color of the row.
Once selected, the lower left corner of the page will highlight the selected customers’ name and their active products. This confirms which customer you are currently viewing or working with.
If the selected customer has any active products, you will see that you can click on “Engagement Matrix” and the “Churn Risk Indicators” in the sidebar menu.
These options are only shown for customers selected with active product usage. If the customer does not have active products, those menu options will be hidden.
